FB ads to membership site?

Looking for some advice/insight on site design for maximum conversions.
What are the 3 or 4 best styles of design you either promote or know run consistent FB ad traffic too?
Links to sites would be great, or even just links to themes that convert well would be helpful.
PS - before I get a lot of people saying memberships sites are a hard sell these days, this is actually a web based service that's recurring, not the regular IM info membership.
