Buying Links to High PR Financial Sites

I'm in the payday industry and I'm not really sure how to do this but I'm looking into purchasing links to high PR financial sites that would direct to a payday loan site - I'm open to both US and UK markets.

Ideas? Tips? Suggestions? Warnings? Anything? :confused:

    I don't have a budget at the moment, because I don't know what's out there. I don't know what the 'going rate' is for high pr domains.

    This is my first attempt at trying to explore the world of paid backlinks and I'm completely open to any advice that you might have.
