What to expect to pay for a PPC manager?

I run a personal training company and looking for someone to write & implement compelling, highly targeted ads. We only spend $20 as week on social media advertising but its potentially 50 leads a week. How much should i expect to pay someone to manage this for me?

    I found PPC guys on oDesk bidding $7 - $15/hr. These guys already have some good feedback and thousands of hours worked. But most of these guys are from India. So if you're looking for an US or UK contractor to manage your PPC campaigns, I think you have to pay more.

    You can also try to pay him for a fixed monthly fee, I was doing these before, and for your budget I was charging about $50-100/month, but I was taking care of everything and checking all the ads everyday even on week-ends, discussing with my client how he can improve his ads position based on the landing page, etc.

    My ppc agency now ranges from $100 per month to $10,000 per month plus setup fees.

    At $20 per day that's a pretty small budget, but still doable. You can certainly hire someone overseas for peanuts but you get what you pay for.
