If no one is running ads on google search network can you get traffic for as low as 1 cent a click?

At the google adwords on search based campaigns if I see no one is running ads can you run campaigns and bid just $0.01? I know with adcenter/bing minimum bid is 0.05 cents but with google can you get 0.01 cent a click on search traffic?

Yes, theoretically it is possible. Though it is pretty hard to achieve with so much competition in almost every niche. You won't most probably get 1 cent clicks from any profitable keyword, but if you do, you have just hi JACKPOT!

Possible but highly unlikely. Google Ads prices are based off several things. Quality score (how relevant the info on your landing page is and how good it is in relationship to the keyword) is a major factor that can affect CPC. You've also got other issues like country, display or search, and too many other factors to list that could affect your cpc.

If you search hard enough, Adwords has unsold inventory in countries outside of the United States. Not sure if you could get it for 1 cent but it will definitely be cheap. I heard of some affiliates doing $10,000/day sending this traffic to CPA offers a few years back (obviously thats a little harder to do these days).

Bottom line: If your looking for cheaper traffic, go foreign.

Thats an assumption or you can for an almost new keyword search like :-

Yes, it's possible for non USA traffic. But you'd have to do some intensive research and also figure out which offers allow those traffic.
You can also try to run campaigns on others search networks/ad networks
