Adcenter approval times

For me most of my ads are approved instantly.. ( I dont use these words in my ads free, hack , cheat etc..)

Usually my ads are approved within 12-24 hours of submission.

I thought Ad Center need to look at your site first to check its compliant before an ad goes live?

Like others said, but if you do make the mistake of using one of the words they have flagged, it may never get approved without intervention even if it follows all their rules.

My first ad I made on Adcenter 6 months ago had the word free in it and it has not been reviewed still to this day. I actually don't need the ad anymore or I would have contacted them about it, but I just kept it active to see how long it would take to get approved and no one has even looked at it yet. Ha!

So if you notice an ad taking some days instead of minutes or hours to get approved, either re-word it or try to get in touch with someone at adcenter.

Exactly. One of my ad with free word in it is in review period for more than a month.

I find it also depends on when you submit, if it's on the weekend or after hours it takes longer, but normally nearly instantly, unless it's a new account then usually within the day

An ad I created about 4 days ago is still pending approval. It didn't have the word 'free' in it though. Is it just best to delete an ad if its taking this long to get approved?
