As a general rule, I don't display links on my PPV landers. PPC landers are a different story. If a link needs to be displayed, then it must be something that's absolutely needed on the page and will open up anchored page in a new window.

For a basic redirect from PPV to CPA offers I typically do not include a contact us, disclaimer or any other of those types of pages, however if I am collecting my own emails or something to that effect, I just might

It depends on the offer and ppv network policy, but in most cases, contact us, disclaimer and privacy policy are not necessary. As for using the screenshot of the offer, its best to contact your AM to be sure that it is allowable.
