Best CPA Networks allowing Social Banners

What are some of the best CPA Networks which allow a Wide range of Paid Social banner ads? I have a PeerFly account but most of the offers I would like to run only allow Limited Facebook paid advertising. I have not checked my MaxBounty account yet but I would like info on several others.

      To be more specific --- I sent you a request to use banners on a site called IBOtoolbox but I have not received a reply as yet. I sent a PM here on this forum to PF who said it would be ok. I did not want to risk my Peerfly account in any way, I guess it is a misunderstanding concerning how "LIMITED Facebook Promotion" is considered restricted on some offers but "Social PPC" is allowed. Can I get some clarification as to what I can do on IBOtoolbox with banners.

        You would need to ask Corey specifically about IBOtoolbox. Our LIMITED Facebook Promotion restriction simply means you cannot promote our offers directly on any fan pages or apps.

    Typically this will vary offer by offer and not by network. Really the best thing to do would be to reach out to your am(s) to find out for sure
