I used all kinds of free traffic when I was new. I was doing $100+/day pretty easily with just forum marketing when I was new. Was boring, tedious work but helped fund other less tedious ventures.

There is nothing wrong with starting in the free traffic space in my opinion!

Youtube worked out pretty well for me 1 month or so ago. Made 80$ in 1 month and 1/2 with 1 video but then scrubbing happened............ I was so sad :p

Sorry first time finding out about a traffic exchange, My question is are you going to be sent to websites that can give you melware or anything? what are good traffic exchange sites ?

Craigslist Traffics is Free, But to get people from there it will cost you money.

Used to do youTube videos > CPA offers. Some would stick, but alot would get flagged. Offers would convert at up to 25%. Be sure to use a link that can rotate offers, as thats easier than editing a url in the video!

Sure, I can share with you. Sorry for little bit impolite :rolleyes: , I just want to focus on specific topic.

I am actually using facebook ads. But just unstable, sometime I get $22 per day, sometime $ 14.25, Recently $0. :p I keep doing every day more than 2 months. Well, I first time made money after half months.

Sorry, I was thinking about how can I using free traffic to make money. That's why I post this threat.

I worked on free traffic system for 3 months plus and hardly could get an avg. earning or $1 to $2 a day. Knowing that there aren't any hoster allow you to spam their network times to times. Nor this could be Facebook, Google, Yahoo Answers, Twitter, Youtubes and so. It is a hard time for me to master the free traffic. Because there's no way else you can host your content on other's land forever. Which this free traffic could not be survive for long.

But I will not say free traffic do not work, it's just there aren't gold mines anywhere else now. Community area like forums, yahoo group, social media, skype group are the best way gain leads there, based in my experience.

I agree that most of the big boys in CPA are using paid traffic and I do mostly paid now but people underestimate free traffic. I have crossed paths with plenty of people that absolutely kill it with free traffic -> CPA over the years.

well all what is writen in this post is a mistake you may think that paid traffic is where the money is but this not true
to make 10.000 on paid traffic you have to spend 5000 or more but you can make 5000 on free traffic yes you can people tell you no to keep the money for themself

please do me a favore and go search free ipad or free iphone you will find 100's of sites a big market and lot of competitors if you recive 50 visitor a day may be 40 will go to the offer and may be you get 10% ctr you will get 7 or 8 dollar what if you get 5000 visit a day the keyword free ipad get sreach 100.000 or more evry month

I just created another long post about this very topic...

Paid traffic absolutely has it's place and in truth, most of the big CPAers work mostly with paid traffic so I wouldn't discount it to quickly. Sure you need to spend money to make it with paid traffic, but that in itself doesn't mean it's a bad model...far from it.

At the same time, you are right that free traffic has it's place as well!

There are many different ways to successfully play the game!!

I don't know whether this is a good thing or not but as soon as I think of free traffic I think of SEO, what I did was simple

1. Research a product about to be launched (BIG PRODUCT, ie. CB Launch)
2. Register a .com/.net domain with the product name inside it
3. Install WordPress and buy hosting
4. Put relevant articles about the niche (doesn't matter about value, just for Google's sake)
5. The homepage as a sales / review page including a video and email form
6. Put title, content areas and keywords as product name
7. Build some links, $1/hour on oDesk for Link Builder
9. Google Ranks you Number 1 for this product
10. Once product launched a TONNE of people come to your website

So basically Wordpress + SEO = $$$$

This blog I setup in 2010 and still makes me $200-300 weekly and I haven't touched it since last year.

However last year I did put a video up and add some content and facebook (Fiverr Actor, based on real results)...

I also get emails asking advice about the niche...

Worked for me anyway, just an idea...
