making money with affiliate marketing

I am trying to find ways to make money from home, I am very good at sales and have done several internships for sales companies. I am currently in school, my college is in the middle of nowhere so there are no good jobs let alone sales jobs that I can do. While in school I want to make some money doing affiliate marketing until I graduate and can get a real job.

Can I feasibly make 2K-3K per month in profit from affiliate marketing in the 12 months? Does anyone know of a good e book or some kind of guide I can folllow to get started "preferably one that is free or at least doesn't cost $100 or more". I am a very hard worker and have plenty of free time between classes to work at it.

    You can absolutely do that if you stay focused. For me, private or at least semi-private coaching works best for keeping me on task. That rarely comes below $100 though.

    I'd check out CPA marketing first though because you don't have to get people to actually buy anything to make money. That's where the real challenge of regular affiliate marketing is with only getting a percentage of the product's purchase price.
