3 questions about rotating ads and networks please
Three questions please!
1. Do you think it is possible to have 4 networks showing rotating ads on a CPM on a page? (4 separate ad spaces hence 4 networks)
2. How flexible are networks with regard to allowing rotations? I.e. can the publisher typically dictate the type of serving?
3. Typically are there start-up costs to join a network or would that be rare?

(Also, just to add that the page and business model I have developed allows for viewer "tolerance" to seeing rotating ads. Obviously the goal is also to get them to commit to an action either with me, or my ads).
