Redirects for Clickbank

Well i want to try clickbank out . I seen an offer wich i would like to pomote .
Now i would purchase a domain wich matches my keywords but the vendor his LP looks so great and convincing i would like to redirect my domain to his .

Now my question is . If i gonna build backlinks for my keywords to my domain will that work if i redirect it to his ?
Or will my domain not gain any rankings at all .

I am not the expert in website building and first wanne see how clickbank go's and want to use this method ( if that would work offcourse )

Can i just upload a blank wordpress with some article on it with my keywords and then redirect to the clickbank url ?

Well if anyone can help me with some answers would be great

    If you are redirecting your domain to his domain straight away, then your domain will not gain any ranking. You may put some content on your site and redirect the domain to his using link in a suitable article and that would serve the purpose.
