Looking for incentive traffic but want to start small

Hi all, I have developed several CPA offers that are performing well for all countries. I am now looking to ramp up incentive traffic (cash and points are fine), but I'd like to spend $50-$100 with several different networks to get started. However, I'm struggling with networks willing to accept my offers for less than $500 or even thousands pre-paid.

Any suggestions? Is anyone interested in running my offers? They are performing well on several of the big name virtual currency networks that were able to run them for $50 initially.
