Facebook Create Ad Audience Not Working?

Hey Guys,

I've been pulling what little hair I have left out because every time I select targets on my advertisement, the audience number off the left doesn't change at all.

For example I can choose the country. Then as soon as I try any other options, the audience number off to the right side doesn't update.

Any ideas on why?

    Would try:

    - refresh page
    - opening in new tab
    - opening in new window
    - re-starting browser
    - try different browser

    Failing that it could be a problem on Facebook's side.
