problem on CPA method

Hello, I am using CPA on my facebook fanpage. It is very effective but not earning because all of my fans says "NO ADS is being shown".. My method is very easy, I have few fanpages and all I do is look for a girl in facebook who wants publicity (a model for example). I message them asking for approval to use their profile link and a their photo. Most girls I pm usually agree, so its not a problem for me. I lock girls profile link using Link Shortening Ad Service on my LEADBOLT account and post it on my page saying "I added a locker on her link to avoid ****ming, if you really are interested HURRY coz she is online and waiting." well, on 6 post I made it hits almost 600 hits but it did not earn any cash because the locker shows no ads. Sadly, leadbolt only shows ads on their clients target and it affected me on a negative way. I am from Philippines by the way.

I needed a widget similar to that because it locks the link, I mean, the viewer needs to complete a survey in-order to be directed using a generated short link I provide from my CPAcompany widget.
