How can i join Neverblue? (I cannot speak English).

I already sign-up at neverblue.com network but "neverblue applicatio​n denied" 2 times.

I think because i cannot speak english when neverblue call to me and i cannot conversation with him.

I have experiences 2 years about
CPA affiliate, Shopping affiliate, Loans affiliate.
My traffic is PPC about second tire ppc 7search, ask, miva etc. and some yahoo, and Bing, and self serve me dia buy

Who can help me.? to join neverblue network.
How can i join Neverblue? If I cannot speak English.

    Not sure if this is possible but could you get a phone number that you can set a divert on. try to get a Fiverr gig for someone to then take a call from that number - they'd need to be briefed on your application and you'd have to set the divert to their number.. Once that's been done and they've received the call then you can redirect the number back to your own telephone number.

    There are some other CPA Networks that you can join easily and as good as Neverblue. Neverblue is extremely strict in picking new affiliates Try Peerfly, they are good option. and no need to worry about your English..

    I can't speak English fluently so I was afraid I couldn't speak when they called me, to my surprise the AM was Turkish, what are the odds??
    But seriously why NB? There are so many good networks out there PeerFly one of them as Adie said.

    My AM said that their top german/french affiliates don't even talk english so it's probably not the english fault. Best thing would be to contact someone and try to explain your case as well as you can.

    I also face that problem, and I'm from the minor country; therefore, the only way that I could communicate with networks must be English. My English is not good at voice communicating, but still I could communicate through words easily.
    That's unfortunate for the international minor country as me to join this arena because I'm not neither German, France, or something similar.
