Hello,
I dont know if facebook allow direct link ads or not, for example if i wanna promote a cpa offer email submit and my link is network.com/xxxxxx i should add this link directly in my campagnes or i should create my private landing page who redirect to that link ? Or an iframe for the link will be well ?
Im lost please if anyone can help me that means too mush to me
Thank you

I dont think they allow direct linking....you'll have to iframe the offers on your website.

It's not against Facebook advertising guidelines to direct link. It seems they don't like Peerfly links but I have had ads with direct links from other networks approved in the last few days. I haven't tried with email submits though.

Read and understand the advertising guidelines and make sure your ads are within them.

If you are direct linking I would recommend using a redirect with your own domain, they have gotten very picky with links direct to networks

Could you still use linktrk in this scenario? Seems like it would take multiple redirect to land on the network destination. Tracking Link>Own Domain>Network Domain. Is that right?

Facebook will not accept a direct PeerFly link and overall they are not accepting email submits like they once did. You could try setting up a meta refresh or iFraming the offer to get it approved. Facebook follows a PHP redirect so they'll detect it's a blocked link if it is. Meta refresh works though.

Based on experience, even if you direct link you may find better results with a landing page. ;-)

I know we're seeing pretty good results with insurance and gaming offers on Facebook. Might want to give some of those a try

        Hey Luke,
Great tip. I've been running foreign language gaming campaigns in PPC for a while and some offers work well.

Apart from PPC what other ways do your Peerfly gaming offers convert well?

We have a lot of publishers that focus their media buys around gaming traffic because it's usually pretty cheap. Also, as long as it's not one of the adware game downloads and a real game offer (for example, the registration offer for Cultures Online) we've seen some success with PPV traffic as well

another way to redirect is (if you have your own website) adding a line to your site's .htaccess file, all you need is filezilla(free ftp client) & your site's ftp address w/ login/pw.

once you find your .htaccess file, usually in the public_html folder just right-click, select edit/view and add this line(without quotes)

            "Redirect /myoffer http-affilliate-link-here"

save the file, close notepad, and click yes in filezilla when it asks if you want to upload the changed file.

note: /myoffer can be changed to anything, this will become yoursite(dot)com/myoffer, and wallah you have a redirect link that facebook will approve. Well as long as you're not linking to something that goes against their guidelines.

this is also great for major web2.0 properties(squidoo/hubpages) that will kill your aff-link's in a heartbeat and don't much like tinyurl & bitly anymore either.

I never had any problem in getting a direct link approved(I was denied twice for the landing page, not for affiliate link).
