Using a facebook page to promote CPA offers?

I know that many people have had success using facebook to drive traffic to offers, but is it still possible today?

I was in the process of creating a page and I was reading through the advertising policy and now I'm wondering if I would even be able to create the page to drive traffic to an offer.

Any help/advice would be much appreciated! I'm just a newbie trying to get some experience in CPA

    Of course it's possible but if you are direct linking, you'd better cloak your offers.

    i suggest to start with low budget when it comes to facebook, because facebook conversion rate is very low as on my advertising experience.
