My english is not well. so i can't speak to a manager.
who can help me?
without phone call, i can't accept by CPA network.

      Seriously, not trying to be callous, but networks aren't going to believe you can advertise effectively if you can't even speak the language of their target market.

    I agree with HarveyJ,

    I would like to add, that if you can't deal with bigger co's... Go and target the lower sized networks. They accept you alot easier.

    Also try communicating your your Account Manager using instant messengers instead of using the phone. I have never done this, and it might come out as a bit un pro. But isn't as bad as not making communication after submitting an application at all.

      There are affiliate networks all over the world. I have accounts with a couple of Chinese & Japanese ones, a British one, and a European one. I bothered to learn a little bit of Japanese Romaji and German so I could communicate with those. I don't speak Canto though. I "dealt with it" by getting one of my Chinese friends to act as a translator for me during the initial phase. "Dealing with it" means to figure out some way in which to deal with it.
      u could have said it in a nicer way, obviously this guy needs help and he asked for it and he gets "deal with it" to me that is rude, simple as that, over and out
