Blamads and blm.bz link not working properly

Hello Warriors,
I am using blam ads link to lock my content and redirect user when to the file on completion.I got lots of click but no conversion.So I ask one of my friend to test it out.So he clicked the link,It says waiting to complete offer then he completed an offer with genuine info still it show waiting to complete offer,I mean he waited for like 5 minutes but he was unable to get it unlock and it was still showing waiting to complete offer

Can I get your suggestion
