If they accept people from your country. Then try just putting N/A in. They should see from your application that it does not apply to you.

If they then deny you on that basis, and you have the ability to call them, then do that. If you don't have the ability to call them. Then send them an email explaining the circumstances. But I am guessing they would see a lot of N/A in the past for the SSN/Tax ID field.

Just as stated. But, maybe you can try to Call/Email them beforehand and explain your situation prior to applying. This will give both you and the network a more clear solution to the problem. Best of luck!
By the way, what kind of offers are you looking for and how do you plan on promoting them?

You could put N/A or random numbers. If that doesn't work you can fill out the form below which was created specifically for non-US citizens who need to obtain a tax ID. They also may make you complete a form W-8 BEN. I would first contact the network and see what they recommend.
