Where can I buy banner placements? I want to choose a niche, website, placement, price etc. Please suggest networks. Interested in movie/videohosting niche.

I've had the best luck getting really targeted traffic by Googling sites, and then just emailing the admin.

Another question. I need to advertise on large media buying networks. But they need huge deposits upfront. How can I check if they have sites that I need?
