I have one winning offer on facebook but I am paying small bid and because of that fb doesn t showing my ads very often.Is it possible that I increase my impressions without increasing my bid?

    Adjust your other targeting parameters, broaden them, and you might receive more impressions.

    If you want cheap traffic, there's a better way to do it. First of all, use moderate to high bids. Target small groups and make and catered specifically for them. Use the CPM model. If you do it right, you could end up with a huge CTR, and very cheap clicks. It is extremely effective when done correctly.

    Get a better CTR. The better the CTR the more impressions you will get. (You can do what Bonadza Dan said, try new ad images, new copy, ect.)
