How many ads did you test today?

I thought this would be interesting to see. For me:

Plenty of Fish: 10
Facebook: 22
Adwords: 14 (Split testing new ads for almost half of my campaigns.)

Total: 46

This is a little higher than usual because of my Adwords work.

    Hello
I don't have enough posts to PM you, so can PM me an invite to your blog?

I see you are working really hard :-)

Would you also like to share some of the results of the testing so that it becomes a more fruitful discussion? You don't have to disclose specific details of your campaigns only an overview of your results and some things that everyone can learn from.

I am always making new ads, and always spit testing. That's the best advice I can give.

In regards to what I test... I just keep trying to push the limit, seeing what I can get approved. If you aren't getting disapprovals you aren't pushing things.

On Adwords I am more reserved though. I don't want to get banned.

Just out of curious for your POF and FB ads, are those all unique ads or do you split test your images, titles and ad texts?

    Here's what I usually do:

    1. Start by split testing the ad image because it effects the CTR the most. I'll put together maybe 6-10 of my best images. A few may get disapproved, because I am always pushing things.

    2. After I have the best ad image I'll test another ad title. I may recommend testing a few more, but I'm really good at writing titles. (Years of experience.)

    3. When it comes to the ad body I look what is popular among my competitor's ads and try to make it better. I'll usually test a shorter ad body and a longer ad body.

Then let the dust settle lol.

Sorry, I can't pm due to post count. I have a campaign in Adcenter at the moment. I was interested to know what you thought of the ads and whether you could write better ones? Have you got another means of contact? pm please
