How can I track a sites traffic and busy times?

I'm getting my head around sites like quantcast and experian but don't yet know how to find a sites busy periods and times of day, any suggestions? In particular for instance POF is probably busy on saturdays, but at what time of day, being a weekend it could be afternoon, folks hooking up before heading out for the night.

Don't think GA will give that info unless the site belongs to you. If the target site has Quantcast, then you may be able to get these stats there. However, I use Quantcast on a handful of my sites and have never seen a "time of day" stat. Still... would be nice to get have that insight!
