way to monetize toolbars

Hi, warriors
I am a new in CPA Network Marketing and need some advice. I have browser extension and I want to monetize it. Popups annoy users and I plan to inject iframe with cpa offer in the web page opened by the user. I will get relevant CPA offers from ad-rotator. What CPA networks do allow this method?

PS. To my opinion there are no violations. Am I wrong?

    Add some pop-ups to it.

    I'm not sure how big the extension is, but you could essentially build your own PPV network.

    Lots of potential.

      As more I get information about iframing CPA offer as more I think that it is "a Big Terrible Secret of CPA marketing". Nobody says anything. Neither "yes" nor "no". I am afraid to be accepted to CPA Network and later to realize that it's impossible to use my extension as source traffic. Time is wasted.

    greedy has a very HUGE point! Get enough downloads and you can actually run your own PPV network to a select few members

    Otherwise you want to use pop ups on big sites like google and facebook with those type of related offers.

    For example have a free ipad offer with facebook colors becasue that would convert better then orange ipad offer.
