I GOT A REASON FOR BEING REJECTED BY MAXBOUNTY

It is quite unfortunate how the world perceive Nigeria, especially on the internet. You can hardly find a drop down list or A combo that has "Nigeria" listed, either on PayPal or ClickBank. Now the stigma had given me a blow from MaxBounty. I cannot dispute that some guys, supposedly Nigerians have defrauded many on the internet. But we all can not suffer the sins of a few individuals, some not even Nigerians. My point is, I got this mail from Maxbounty this afternoon:

Thank you for your interest, but we are unable to accept your
application as a MaxBounty affiliate. You are currently residing
in a country that has an exceptionally high amount of fraud and as
such we reject all affiliate applications from your country.

If you would like to appeal this rejection, please reply to this
e-mail with a detailed explanation on how you drive traffic to
affiliate marketing campaigns.

I have good intentions to promoting their offers. That was why in the first place, I'm not putting on any mask to disguise my true identity. The world has forced every Nigerian to do so, because they left them with no choice.

I am not here to tell the world how clean we are. I need your help to get accepted the way I am. I had never promoted any CPA offer, but I have in the past few weeks learn about PPC, social media and mobile marketing through trainings and of course a wealth of genuine ways to promote affiliate products from this forum. This is how I wish to promote my offers if given the opportunity.

Now, how do you think is the best way to appeal this rejection, considering the clauses on the e-mail? I believe they will accept me, if only I can prove to them that I will not employ any dubious means.
