Hey everyone,

I am currently taking one of my businesses ( Source: Auto-Pilot) up a notch.

I am running an affiliate program but I am very good at sales funnel. What I want to do is set up a pay per opt in CPA

Is there a simple way to do this, or a simple software that handles this? Does anyone have experience with this?

I'd suggest taking it to a major CPA network.

Are you specifically trying to do it on your own?

  I honestly am not ready to have it explode quite yet. I want to get it to around 30-40k a month (about half way there) and have the affiliates to do it...
  
  Its just I need a simple way from them to track how many opt ins they get and vice versa through a simple opt in page like the one below

CPA Tank has been pretty good for us. Heard great things about NWA as well; though not easy to get in there.
