Question on typical email CPA offer

When a site like adscendmedia says *NO SCRUB* on the CPA offer page, does this mean that they are taking notice of it or rather they make sure that all offers which convert are paid out correctly.

I know scrubbing can be a problem in the CPA industry, but I don't really understand how they can guarantee that the offers are perfect.

It's either their own internal offer or they're paying for them all regardless and eating the loss from the merchant. Typically if it's the latter, they'll be paying less then normal too.

Also non-scrub offers tend to go fast. So if it is good, jump on it.

My experience has been that some advertisers start off this way just to quantify their numbers (conversion rates, email open rates, etc). They may take a loss, but not for long. Sooner or later the offer comes down and then comes back up again as a "scrubbable" offer
