7Search Questions, Doesn't add up!

Hello all,
Well I signed up with 7Search to run an ad campaign, all seemed to go well until I compared there stats to my stats and the stats of my affiliate accounts which is with MaxBounty.

7Search showed me over 700 clicks on my ads in less than 12hrs, however my other two stats don't match up. When someone hits any of my sites the stats counter tracks the page visits, and MaxBounty tracks there ad clicks yet none are even close to 700. In fact it was less than a hundred for yesterday any thoughts on this matter.

    7Search? 700 clicks? I got 4-5 clicks per week.. What are you doing?

    Bidding on "iPhone" with 1$/click?

    I have campaign about Free Coupons, and having about 5 clicks per week

    That's how much traffic they got. In your case looks like all clicks are fake

    Are you using tracking software? like Prosper 202? You should, to see where

    those bot clicks coming from.

      Nothing special that's my point 7Search isn't telling me anything. In fact I almost depleted my account in a day. each keyword was less than 10 cents. I put all my campaigns on hold till I figure this out. This forum is the best for help when it comes to these matters.

    Well I notice the "clicks" between MaxBounty and other CPA network.
    Basically I guess they do not record duplicate clicks, or bot clicks.
    Well it's just my guess.

    I'm just curious what was you trying to achieve using keywords such as "digital"

    "Digital" what? Watch? Display? Panel? I mean anything could be Digital

    "Motorcycle" ? Too broad, Completely not targeted. You will have ZERO conversions

    On those Keywords anywhere, not too mention 7Search, nothing converts there ever, even

    with good targeted keywords. IMHO.

    You need to stick Prosper202 or another tracking program in between your traffic source and your destination. That lets you verify the clicks and get a bunch of useful information about every single visitors.

    I.e. one of my keywords on 7search today got 7 clicks according to 7search. According to Prosper202 all those clicks came from the same IP for the same keyword.

    Depending on the network, that would most likely have only counted as 1 click because it was the same IP.

    Call it click fraud, or just some random stupid searcher honestly clicking the ad 7 times, who knows.

      It's fraud either way. If it's the person clicking doing it just to run down your budget, they're the one committing the fraud. If it's just a stupid searcher, it's 7Search committing the fraud by charging you for those clicks. No reasonable advertiser would expect to pay for that kind of activity -- and no other search engine charges for it.

      I have monitoring on all my ads for click fraud and get a fair amount of refunds for it too.

    If you're direct linking it's hard to say. Best bet is to speak with your ams to see what they say.

      Not sure why you'd rack up that many extra clicks that aren't showing on your MaxBounty account unless your link isn't loading properly.

    Contact 7Search and explain the issue with details of the keywords and date etc.
    They are pretty good at investigating fraudulent clicks and they will refund you.

    I have had this happen and they did refund me.
