New Penny Auction Looking For CPA traffic

I have a ton of offers from CPA networks but I am having trouble narrowing it down to just one or two managers. How do you guys choose who you work with. We are offering great CPA and lifetime residuals on signups and purchases. Any help with targeted penny auction traffic would be great.

I would first build your own program. Get it running then take things to CPA.

yeah, you should be able to find a great template out there.

If you want people to promote it, has to look better than Quibids, ect...
