Need help to get into CPA network!

I don't if this proper to post my qustion here, if anything I did wrong please forgive me . I have some physical problem I can not phone call to CPA network and get myself in. For such reason I already been denied by several top CPAnetworks.But I have studied PPC SEO skills for almost 1 and half year, the only thing I want is to join CPA and make some decent money with my knowledge. Hope warrior members can understand me , most of you have the same experience like me ,except the problems I have.
I want to hire someone really seasoned , experienced with CPA network, can call on my behalf to get me in. I can not pay you too much for now , but you can be my friends I will show my stuff and gears with you. I want to pay 20USD for 1 approval CPA network account. I don't know if anyone can help me out of this. If you are resident in USA or Canada , that woudl be perfect .

    Sorry, but why is it that you can't call?
    You can get on the internet, clearly, so surely you should be able to make a phone call. Skype will make them for you. In fact, most major networks will have a Skype line that you can call for free from Skype on your own computer.

    And failing a phone call, usually a real time chat via messenger is sufficient.
    They just want to ask you some questions and get your answers to them.

      Most of the affiliate or CPA networks require phone verification. Once you can get that done, they will approve you immediately. Even when you have received a declined application email from them, if you seriously want to use their offers, you can still initiate a call to them and find out what are their terms to approve you.

    I think maybe Merlingeek has a personal problem and he cannot physically speak to the Networks. Unfortunately I have no experience in joining the Networks [I have been accepted by the only I applied to with no phone call at all - it was sooo easy!!] + I am in the UK otherwise I would gladly help out. Maybe some good Samaritan will appear out of the woodwork...

      This is why our networks are being over run with fraud. Anyone asking for help to get into a network or that is willing to pay for an account is fraud, plain and simple. If we find out that any legit publishers are getting paid to help people get into our network their accounts will all be disabled.

    Yes, I'm sorry but having someone speak for you is fraudulent. Your best bet is to contact the affiliate networks via e-mail, explain to them your physical situation preventing you from making the phone calls, explain your expertise with affiliate marketing, and provide links to a few quality landing pages.
