How To Find LOW CPC keywords?

Hello

I'm struggling to find very LOW cpc keywords that get at least 100+ searches per month. I'm talking about 0.05 - 0.10 cents per click (Bing and Adwords). Is there some sort of tool available or how should I be finding them?

Thanks!

You probably won't find any $0.05 keywords on Adwords or Bing. The cheapest I can usually find are about $0.20/click, and even then there aren't many.

But if you are very insistent on trying, go to the Adwords Keyword Tool and enter keywords related to your target offer. The ones that are "Low" for the competition column will be the cheapest keywords. I doubt you will find any for $0.05 though.

I just spent almost a day reading PPC stuff all over the different forums and I realized there are basically 2 groups of PPC advertisers. There are ones who look for EXTREMELY targeted keywords to improve the conversion rate and there are guys who just try to scrape a list of 1000+ keywords that are some what related to their website they promote and get 0.05 clicks from Adwords and Bing ads. So it's possible to get those.

Those idiots that dump 1000+ keywords into their Adwords campaigns will never find $0.05 keywords. The reason is the way Adwords and Bing works is that you need to create ad groups oriented around keyword baskets. If you just dump 1000 keywords into an ad group it will be a cluster**** for the PPC engine to evaluate your campaign.

What you are describing works in the tier 3 networks like 7search, bidvertiser, etc. They aren't as sophisticated as Google or Bing and it works.

But you said you were looking for Adwords and Bing specifically.

I use Long Tail Pro (LTP) for my keyword research. With LTP basically all you have to do is put in your keyword idea into the search box and add in filters (eg. in your case 100 searches and $0.05-$0.10 CPC) and voila, LTP shows you all the keyword results relating to your keyword idea that has your specified filters.

LTP is a paid tool though, it costs $97. But it is well worth it to me the tool is awesome.

That is pretty cheap, they are going to be hard to find if there are any good ones.

Why not try to get your campaign to convert better?

hi mandos sorry I can't PM yet, anyway:

Yes LTP works the same with PPC as well. I seek low paying keywords but not as low as 0.05-0.10. As what Christian Little said, I think very little keywords on adwords have such low CPC. Maybe you might have better luck looking at other PPC networks? But once you try other PPC networks out LTP wouldn't be relevant anymore since LTP uses adwords for its CPC info.
