I am launching a new company in about a week. Does anyone know any good and trustworthy CPA sites for advertisers? Also, are any of them willing to take on new companies, or do I need to have generated some sales on my own first?

I suggest you pick up one or two networks and ask them some detail.

A lot of networks will ask for a few industry references and do a credit check. Be prepared for those, but if you pass them there shouldn't be any issues if you have a solid offer
