Trademark Rights Infringement?

Hi Warriors,

I have a website that do cpa marketing, and I set up just like a normal blog, and have a page of explaining what is the offer about and etc.

Somehow there are few offers doing quite well and get me some consistent income. All in sudden, I received an email from one of the brand (the offer I am doing quite well) -- notify me that I have Trademark Rights Infringement as follows:

"It has come to our attention that our trademark {Brand} appears as a metatag, meta title, meta description, keyword, URL, visible or hidden text on the URLs (full list below) associated with offending-domain.com without having obtained prior written authorization from {Brand}. This practice infringes upon the exclusive intellectual property rights of {Brand}."

I have an article written about this offer as: http://www.mydomain.com/brand-info and my cloak aff link is http://www.mydomain.com/brand

However, other offers that not doing quite good didn't have this problem... so... should I need to change my whole website? Is that mean I can't put any brand words in there??

Thanks

I'd just change it and stay away from doing this in the future, the last thing you need is to run into legal problems, depending on the company they often have large legal departments so it's just not worth it..

Thanks guys.... guess I will try to remove all things there then....

Another question is.. if we not allow to put their brand name in our website, how can I promote it with my own website? Somehow, I might or need to write something about it in order to benefit my readers.....

    Any good suggestions?
