Is there CPA network which gives 20% or more lifetime commissions for recruiting affiliates to their network?

if you know one, I'll sign up after you...

I plan very good project but can't find the right network to promote...

Most networks don't even do this anymore, and I've never seen a % that high unfortunately

  There are networks paying like 7% referral commissions but most of them pay for a year not life time anyways some of them are , maxbounty,peerfly,Neverblue,mundo media
