For beginner I would recommend Epom market. Their reqirements are not hard to reach, so you probably won't have any issues with getting in Epom's network. Also they have very friendly support managers, also I assume they don't sleep at all, because LiveChat online and available 24/7

Chris is on the money. I'll just add that you also consider working directly with merchants when you reach the advanced level.

As a beginner email submits are easy as people earlier said , for Intermediate and Advanced they get idea what they can convert and so they will find what they can convert themselves no need to worry about them

If you are just starting I'd go with email submits and dating offers. If you have solid background in CPA industry then it time to go with higher payout offers, usually financial ones.
