I'm not really sure what you're asking.. are you asking for a traffic source?

You already know all the ways to drive highly targeted traffic, so why do you ask?
if you want to know how to master any of these ways, simply, SEARCH....!!!

You can buy ad spaces on forums, news sites, classifieds etc. the trick is to search (Topic + forum or blog) if you want to start on a small budget it is easier eg $10, $20, $30 etc test the traffic onthat site i.e convertion rate for your product then scale up if it is worth it. This is instant traffic once done correctly much better than just starting up a new site then doing all the traffic generation yourself infact add it to ur traffic generation arsenal instead of relyin too much on gd 'ol google! so..

Step 1: what are u selling? create a capture page by offering an irresistable offer, valuable info, coupon or discount related to your product.

step 2. set-up a sales funnel (make it worth your while paying for that space by collecting leads you can market to later repeatedly) personally I like setting-up 3 offers; front, middle and backend.

Step3. Research forums in your market for ad space. remember you could always negotiate this with site owner.

Step4: get the space test, test, test ie. your sales pages, optin pages etc. if successful reinvest in the traffic if not go bk to step3!
