Not sure where you can find free cpa landing page templates, but you can use any cpa advertiser's landing page as a starting point. Use them for inspiration then build your own

Just keep searching around if you want to find basic templates, but they won't always be very good. Trust us when we tell you that you should be making your own templates. It takes very basic HTML knowledge, and a little bit of time to get the hang of it, but once you're able to crank them out, you'll be way better off.

You can use programs like Paint.net or HTML basic editors to start creating your first LP, you'll get better on time, but remember sometimes the "ugly" LP perfom best, you need to test, test,test, and then after do some more testing

There are many gigs offering 90+ landing pages on fiverr (I saw one offering 222).
Just search for 'CPA Landing Page'

No idea if they are any good or not as I build my own, but they are there and for 5 bucks you might get a couple that are useful.

Try freewebtemplates.com . It gives the base templates and you need some HTML editor ( BlueGriffon, The next-generation Web Editor based on the rendering engine of Firefox recommended) to edit to suite your requirement.

If you already have (if not, sign up) an account with Peerfly, Neverblue, they have some diet cpa offers (berry thin, saffron x, mango, green coffee) with high performing lander (advertorial). Promote these offers on Facebook, or on real time bidding platform (Sitescout) and you should make a killing

I use Photoshop and notepad to make my CPA landing page. Its so easy to when you know how to use Photoshop and with simple HTML knowledge

Every traffic source is different, the LP depends on that more than the niche in most cases.

Your best bet is to find a way to spy on your competition on what every traffic source you were thinking, this why you can see what other people one the traffic source are doing.

I just built a landing page using the Thesis 2 framework. Type in "Thesis 2 tutorials" in google, and there is a website that walks you through how to build a wordpress site using thesis 2. It is so easy to build a landing page using this framework now. You get exposed to html and css but don't need to any previous knowledge before watching the videos.

Give it a try. Wordpress is free, and thesis2 is $127, but its worth it.

Here is an example of such 90 high converting cpa landing pages on fiverr. A friend just tweeted me some few minutes ago. Service_1 will give 90+ high converting cpa landing pages squeeze pages multiple styles and layouts for $5, only on fiverr.com.
I think it will be worth while, you can use or see if you can edit them. Or just use them to create yours. I'm not interested in this yet, but I'm definitely looking into it.
