Infolinks experience?

Anyone have experience as an advertiser with infolinks? I just started using them but they seem to be slow. No account manager, there contact page doesn't work, taking a while to approve my campaign. Curious to hear how other people are doing with them. When I did get my campaign to run it took 2 days and the quality was actually pretty good.
