I've done some laser targeting keyword research for a CPA email submit and plan to rank some Youtube videos to see what kind of result I get. From experience, how would you suggest setting up a Youtube account for promoting these videos?

Is there a certain way to set them up, or should I just go ahead and use my personal Youtube account and make some good videos and rank them for the keywords?

Thanks,

Casey

I've still a lot to learn about Youtube to CPA, but I personally like to use 1 YT account or channel for a specific niche market. For example, I'll have one account for say, the "work at home" niche, and another for say, "auto insurance" cpa offers. In this way, all my vids can be logically grouped. This works for me. Dunno if there's any SEO or YT ranking benefits - though that would be nice!

That makes sense. I'm not sure about the SEO benefits either, but I do see a lot of Youtube videos ranking fairly high nowadays. Plus, I find it to be a lot safer than spending money trying to rank a brand new website. There is always the risk of getting my videos deleted or account banned, but I'd take that risk over having on of my own websites hit with an algo update.

      Thanks for your input.

You need trial and error. Upload hundreds video with different title/keywords. You need YT account creator with proxies to make it easier.

Though I'm sure this works to a degree, you have to be careful with this approach. YT's daddy, Google, is getting better at defeating the mass spam vid submissions

I'd rather use a more proven direct marketing strategy: just provide possible solutions to a problem from within the video - then a URL to where the viewer can BUY the actual solution. Works like a charm!

I've set up a landing page using the notorious poll method - It looks nice though. I'm also going to get a hot chick off of fiverr to make a serious video for the offer so that it looks legit, plus they wont see my scraggly ass. The landing page goes to a email submit offer with about $2.00 for each opt in. This is my first one to do, so it sort of like an experiment or stepping stone. The keywords I know I can rank for and all together they bring in about 6,000 searches a month. I'm not expecting to make a ton back, but I'm only going to spend about $15 on the campaign, so the ROI should be ok. I have a lot more experience in SEO, but I'm not trying to sell SEO services and deal with the hassle of clients. I wanna use what I know and sort of go for the churn and burn method to get some cash to reinvest in other forms of traffic.

JaggyJay is right.... 1 account = 1 offer.

I like to aim high when Im making youtube videos. If im wasting my time to make the videos, get them ranked and keep them ranking I want more then $1.80 per sign up. I like to make sales so I go for the $44 offers like HCG because some of those keywords are virtually untapped (thank me later after you make a decent amount of money.

To get them ranked I just let natural SEO do its thing and also like to give it a boost by bombarding a youtube link with a bunch of backlinks. It hasnt hurt...

Dedicate one account to one specific niche, make some videos and comment on other videos using yours as a response. This is how I would do it.

Keep your accounts separated by niche. So for instance if it is going to be offers towards women then get an account keyword targeted as best you can towards that demographic.

Then if you have one for "Games" and "Gaming" etc. then create an account targeting that as well.

It is pretty easy you just have to play around with it a bit and you will get the hang of it.
