AffiliateWise is Not Responding And has NOT Paid

So I need your help. Let me give you some background on whats been going on.
I've been a publisher on AffiliateWise for months now and I haven't encountered any major problems until now. The last few months I've been running into minor problems with the campaign that I've been promoting. The leads were not being counted and so the Affiliate manager had to go into the backend of and collect them and fund them to my account.
For the month of October I had plenty of missing leads which the Affiliate manager said he would look into it. He did not.
For the month of the November there even MORE leads were missing and he said he would get back to me. He has not.
I sent multiple emails but every 4 days I would get the same response " I'll get to it.." that would be it. The worst part of it is that they have not funded me for the October leads and have NOT sent my check.
I have called, sent emails, tried to chat with them but they seem to dismiss me with late short responses "I'll work on it".

What should I do? Im a pretty easy going person but this is getting VERY frustrating.
