  Yes It maxes out to 18-20$ a day on POF. Its red on my wot so I am not doing it on fb. I think I should start with cloaking

You've been running this one banner campaign since the 4th everyday? Would be curious to see graphs about the ctr's trend from day to day...I would think that after a few days, ctr's would drop specially since you're using this single one 310x250 ad...can't do as good everyday for more than 10 days on PoF lol banner blindness kicks in fast

Just curious, what is the reasoning behind targeting users who have only logged in less than 150 times?

I'm guessing it's simply because users who are frequently visiting are far less likely to click on your ads or have already seen them?

Here are screenshots of my CTR for the past 7 days. It fluctuates, but part of the reason for targeting 150 logins and less was to sticker to newer users, which I think helps keep the CTR up.

Correct, I wanted to target newer users. I also suggest split testing login groups. For example, setting up a campaign for users who have logged in 1-50, 51-100, 101-150, 151-200, 200+ times. I actually have a case study I'll be publishing where I did this recently promoting PinkWink and the results were pretty interesting. Here's a teaser

Well, the traffic is pretty small on POF for this targeting so I don't think I'll create a lander, but we'll see. If I can find a way to scale it I might give it a try. Usually I'll only do a lander if the conversion rate is a problem, but the Jewcier lander is converting really well for me.

Honestly, I am not sure. It's still working great. I didn't increase the bid, the other campaign is for a different offer, which I'm going to publish a case study for tomorrow

I've kept my bid consistent for weeks now and yes I am bidding $0.51 to both genders. I'm planning to fluctuate my bids and see how it goes in the next few days.

I'm not 100% sure it is, but I tested lower bids and wasn't getting as much traffic so I increased it until I was happy with the traffic and profitable.

Increased my bid to $0.61 to see if that gets me traffic. Based on my average CTR and EPC for the month, I should still be profitable at that with both male and female users.

I defiantly don't think its a conflict.

You don't have to be an affiliate marketer to steal traffic from your clients like you said. Any dodo could do it.

I rather have someone who knows and respects the industry to work with. It helps a lot.

And look what happens to all the companies made by people with no affiliate experience.

The campaign stopped because I haven't been monitoring it over the past few days (been traveling) and didn't fund my POF account. haha. Rookie move. Anyway, the increased bid doesn't seem to have made a big difference, so I've dropped my bid back down and redeposited. I'll post an update later next week when I have more data. I've definitely generated a lot of competition for myself by posting the case study, but the more the merrier!

I've also taken your case study as inspiration and started trying a different offer, different demo with the same approach of using one single 310x110 banner looking like the offer page...CTR as of today is like 0.050%...lol 1$ clicks...But could be because we're the 23rd. Will have to further test it out

I think a lot of guys did the same offer, so I started doing other offers in other niches too.

(While leaving this one running since it's profiting still).

Still made a bit for not much work, so that's cool:

Time to scale it up.

But the key is this. Luke posted this and instead of doubting him or being a negative jerk like some others do whenever they read these things, I decided to test it for myself to confirm what he is saying. (I knew it converted already and believed him but I wanted data to back it up).

Action = money in this business.

Affiliates want the big bucks but don't want to do anything to get it. This is a prime example of not even using my brain and making a bit of money over the holidays. I haven't touched that campaign in about 4 days. I just added in a new angle tonight that I'm 100% sure nobody else has even thought of. But I'm not going to just stop now and rest, I'm going to expand into other niches using POF.

It works if you do the work.
