CPA acceptance issue

I am having tough time getting into CPA network. My apps are getting rejected as I am a newbie. I tried Peerfly and they havent responded.
Maxbounty has rejected (and they will pay for that )

Suggestions please.

      Yes. The location. Outside the States.

      However, the site that I gave during application, caters only to US audience. The targeted traffic should match their profile.

      I mean, I wanted to be honest and this is what happens when one is honest.

    Ya unfortunately that's how it is. If you want to have the best chance of getting accepted, here's a few things you can do:

    - Setup a professional business website. A WP site with a nice template will take you 2 hours to put together.
    - Tell them you use media buys and PPC, and some offline newspaper advertising.
    - They want marketers with experience. Let's say you've marketed clickbank for the past 2 years, then tell them you've been doing affiliate marketing for 2 years.

    Try to aim for ones that accept worldwide publishers
