Adult niche- Relatively easy?

Hey,

I know most of you avoid promoting adult offers, but for the ones who tried it:

Is it recommendable for newbies? I heard many times that the adult niche gets a lot of traffic and conversions and it's possible to make a lot of money.
For now it's not so much about the money, I just wanna start paid traffic methods (in the past I only tried free ones) and look for a niche which is relatively easy and successful. I'm considering POF or the adult niche.

Any input? What do you guys think?

    One of the biggest online markets, perhaps the biggest, is adult media.

    I mean it makes sense being that majority of internet users are adults with 'needs.' However you have to understand that the internet was practically built on adult content. There are downright empires in that niche that you will be going against. My suggestion to you would be to find a specific needs in the adult community and go for it. 'Adult' social media comes to mind. I mean we can't share our favorite photos and movies with Mom can we?

    There was a big boom in "Free" adult media that usually focused on an affiliate back end, but those sites are a dime a dozen nowadays. Nothing to really leverage.

    The main goal in any business venture is finding the new 'thing,' or being the new thing. Get creative. People like new things to talk about.

      Well I was more thinking to pick an offer in one of my networks, let's say adult dating in a more special niche (young girls, older women, chubby women, single mothers etc.) and let it run with Traffic Junky, Juicy ads or so on different adult websites.
      I'm not sure though if making money in that niche really is relatively(!) easy compared to other niches or if it was better to start with something like POF (although the 'normal' dating niche also is really competitive).

    Adult is one of the hardest niches IMO (no pun intended). Lots of big players with big budgets.

    I had like ~65.000 daily UV and was making only ~35$/day
    and it was the best money with juicyads, all other companies was crap.
    btw, the traffic and site was for mobile users.
    Still have few K daily visitors, but no profit from them...
