I have a warez blog with games downloads, I don't use any content lock or something, I wanna ask if I can add Peerfly offer that allows Banner Display, banner to my site sidebar?

  Isn't it better to offer some kind of sponsored download instead of a banner? Don't really think a banner on your site has good conversion rates.

Using CPA offers on Warez sites is usually not allowed and advertisers dont accept such leads/traffic.

Tell your AM honestly about your traffic. He/She can give you right guidance.
