after reading few wso and also tutorial i am totally confused .............For PPC i want to create a static webpage for my offer .But lack of programming knowledge i am totally confused .

You can use Wordpress with a more static landing style LP.

What kind of traffic source you're going to promote?

If it is PPC or any that not require to grab visitors' attention very quick, you could use just a WordPress to build your landing page.

But if you're going to promote offers using PPV, I recommend you to try to write basic HTML code by yourself because it's more flexible that using WordPress.

You can try fiverr.com. It's really cheap but the quality is just moderate.

Another way to do this is to buy a static website template and just simply edit text and images you want.

OptimizePress is a WordPress Theme, not a plugin.

It does create easy squeeze & sales pages though.

It all depends on what kind of traffic you are going to use. A squeeze page will be very easy to build and you can redirect it to your affiliate offer.

tip: I do recommend that you use an opt-in email confirmation with your subscribers.

mysite.com is redirects to offerurl when i use iframe.But i want to stay my visitor until they start their 1st action. Means when they put their ZIP or Email ID of 1st offer landing page only then they redirect 2nd page or final offer page.How can i do that for static PAGE .

You've got a lot of good advice here, I'm just sharing my setup.

The simplest method I found was to let your hosting company do an 'automatic install' of wordpress - most are literally one click.

The install the optimize press theme ( not free - but worth it in my opinion) inside of wordpress.

Inside optimize press you can choose pre-set landing pages, cut and paste your auto-responder forms and bang! You're setup.

There are undoubtedly cheaper ways to do it - but this works and is pretty easy.

A warning though, if you are doing CPA - you probably also want something like prosper202 or cpvlab to help you track your campaigns, the setup is tiny bit more complicated, but if you are patient and/or a bit techy, you can do it.
