Anyone Tries Ten Minute Pages

I watched Gauher Chaudhry's hosted webinar last week about Ten Minute Pages. It is a hosted app for creating a variety of landing pages and sales funnels. I had been looking for a solid landing page "package" and this seemed to fit the bill.

After purchasing I built one page very quickly:

However, the autoresponder code does not work and their support folks have been slow to respond. Lack of autoresponder capability seems kind of important ;-)

Has anyone else tried this app with success? I know it's new, but maybe somebody has some thoughts here. I use MailChimp and the webinar examples were all focused on Aweber.

Thanks!

Try these pages. And remember to keep things simple and clean.

Let some HTML for yourself, it will go a long way.

I have to agree with Greedy here. I'd just learn to do it yourself or pay someone on fiverr to completely set it up for you. Also like Greedy said, you want to keep it simple. I assume your goal is to get people to put in their email address. If that's the case, you don't want anything on your page that will distract them from doing that.

This is just my personal opinion but I believe your background image makes it a bit to hard to read your page. Maybe put a white box behind your text to have it stands out and be easier to read or just change it to a solid color. Again that's just my personal opinion.

I bought it because John Reese was recommending it. The idea of 'web designing in the cloud' is great, but when the design is finished, the page needs to be published from the Ten Minute Pages server to your own server. And that seems to be the weak point, it is technically challenging. Making the first page was fun, but it couldn't be published to my server. No response from support after 24 hours.
If it worked, I would recommend it. Honestly, I don't have much time anymore for trying to figure out what the problem is when a new product doesn't work straightaway.

I hear ya, time and speed-of-implementation is of the essence! That's the whole marketing premise of Ten Minute Pages, and to a degree it's true. However, even after their latest (post beta) launch which recently concluded on June 2nd, my experience with Ten Minute Pages hasn't been ideally conducive: Slow customer support, "bugs" with the software, lack of active engagement/update announcements, etc.

If you wanna see more details, I posted them on this Warrior Page (post #25) http://www.warriorforum.com/internet...y-reviews.html

~ Cheers, and hope that helps!

I'd rather do mine on my own, I rarely like to use mass marketed products for stuff like landing pages
