Well I went to 2-3 and they require 1k minimum deposit then account verification with the phone # etc I enter..if its not verified I 'believe' they're gonna ask for ID etc which I am comfortable giving only to PayPal and other verified companies..I know this sounds weird but I dont feel safe doing that its just me.. Now I need networks that are reputable deliver good results not fake traffic..one that people here use but does not get too personal on account details like phone # and tax ID before even starting a campaign...and does not require 1k to start off .. I'm a newbie in this field hence my budget is maybe dollar 100 or bit more ..please help me out

  Like Greedy says, Lead impact is best solution. Once you create an account need to deposit $200 to your fund and then need to verify in for the first time and to do that you will need to enter as fund exact amount as leadimpact charge you over $200. This method they use to verify owner bank account. So, let me explain better; If you register and add $200, on your bank statement for this transaction will be little bit more like few dollars more. That amount of dollars you need to fund to verify your account.

Your choice should be definitely Lead Impact! It is newbie friendly and you only need to deposit $200 as a start!

  Do not want to disappoint you but $100 is really low budget for cpv traffic, you will need to test targets, offers and landing pages/popups. Before you find a winning solution you may be out of your budget. Maybe invest it in something else, make a profit and come back to cpv.

Ya, I messed around with Lead Impact when I was first starting out online. I think I uploaded the minimum of a few hundred bucks and didn't end up doing much with it.

What I can say is they fund the account pretty quickly (within 2 days) and the support answers pretty quick as well. From what I have experienced, Lead Impact is all good with me!
