What to do with opt in 750,000 email list

Hello,

I work for a lead generation company that has list of 750,000 leads that isn't being monetized after the initial sale. Each record includes name, email, dob, address and more. Theses are all opt in records. Does anyone have suggestions on how to monetize the list? We were thinking about sending out a weekly mailer with CPA offers but are unsure where to start.

Start with getting your hands on some great email marketing courses,
or hire an expert.

1. Try to build a relationship with the list by offering freebies and tips
2. Sell To them
3. Be personal

But firstly you need to "reactivate" them. I would be curious to see and open rate on your first email.

1. Send out a free give away, saying thanks for being customers.

2. Some people may unsubscribe, but don't worry about it.

3. Keep sending them free value, and tie it into a new product.

4. Up-sell them your new product.

What niche is this btw?

  Thanks for all the feedback. These are all low income individuals so free offers would probably work the best. Would you use a 3rd party to mail or some locally installed software?

Probably not, this could easily come off as a virus unless you have a good angle.
