I've never run on 7search before but I read from here that their traffic quality is not the best. Maybe that is why you're not seeing much success.

Ninety-nine percent of advertising doesn't sell much of anything.

If that so. In that case do you have any cheap traffic source to suggest? or i have to go back to bing and google ?

Luke at Peerfly may chime in here. He has a lot of good stuff put together on his blog (I think that's where it is) about best practices with 7Search.

      haha, apparently I'm too predictable

I recommend 7Search to a lot of my newbie publishers because I believe it's a good place to get started with paid traffic. You won't make a million dollars pushing email submits on 7Search, but their setup makes it easy to learn the fundamentals of paid traffic:
      • Research
      • Setup
      • Track
      • Optimize
      • Scale
You can use that information to move to bigger/better traffic sources. I have a complete article on this idea at: Traffic Sources Based On Experience

My main 7Search articles can be found at:I'm hoping to do an update on them both soon and then combine them into a PDF you can download.

Anyway, please take a look through and let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you Luke. But not that i want to make million out of 7search but i just can't even find a little profit with it and i do the block subid thing already and a lot. But still there is no promising on my campaign. So what you suggest for my next strategy. Should i have to delete the keyword that don't convert to or just block a subid. Or is there any other strategy with 7search. Your answer will be grateful. Thank you.

You should probably drop your campaign and try something new. I'd usually let something go a few hundred clicks to see if it's worthwhile. If you're not profitable you have a few options:
          1. Completely drop the campaign
          2. Drop keywords and try new ones
          3. Switch to a different offer
Which one you choose is up to you, but either way it's probably a good time to setup another campaign.

First of all, I used 7 Search back in the day,
Publishers can come and go there, so if things
don't work today, try back in a couple months.

There is one thing that is Very Cool about 7 Search!
They have a FREE magazine, that is hard copy and comes to your door.
          Get it, it is great!

Lastly, it is probably good to start trying "click fraud" type software.
I mean if PPC is one main thing you do, then try some anti fraud
measures. This is a Free one I have found. Check it out.
ClickReport - Click Fraud Detection and Monitoring

But likely a "click fraud" search here will bring up good results.

Oh, here is a Pointer. Try Miva! They convert better than 7 Search because
they have more partners. They converted for me, but in the day, Goto.com and Overture.com (one became the other), were the best for me.

Now, if you input overture.com you end up at Yahoo.com. That would tell me that buying PPC from Yahoo/Microsoft should be about the best deal out there. All things being equal.
So if I only had $50 right now I would use Yahoo/Microsoft no questions asked. But, to increase conversions, do try to use a Free Offer and get email, and definitely use a landing/sales/capture page that explains WHY they need your offer! If you don't, you will lose sales.

          Thanks

Hi not that i gonna mess their reputation or something. Just really curious. Because 7search is really easy to use and they accept the link that contain pop-up(most of CPA campaign have no leave page pop up) which is if my understand right google and bing will not.So if there still someone make real money with it. So i will going to continue. But if not , and they a lot of click fraud , i mean i lost more than 100$ try to adjust campaign and no result so i will move on. BY the way thank you for your answer.

I'm basically using 7search to build my list. After that I'm monetizing that list which could bring quite a decent profit.

Hello, for the people who stated that 7search did not give them good quality, where do you get good quality traffic for direct CPA?

      Thanks

I had some money in 7Search so I did a few direct link ads. Started to kill the bad referrers. I dunno, maybe I need a landing page to warm them up. But considering the traffic sources, I thought I could get away with a direct link. Any opinions?

7search can be a great tool and extra stream of income. Many people complain of poor traffic because they don't realise you have the option to block the poor performers! This will take a while to set up however. The clicks on 7search are far cheaper than many other platforms.

As the old saying goes "You get what you paid for". Which is true when it comes to going to 7search. You pay a cheap $25 dollars to get started and converts to zero. Stay smart my friends. Id rather use that $25 to buy vouchers for adsense or bing. No offense here.

    7Search works fine.

Lots of people I see bashing it, haven't any success in paid marketing online.

I've been running on 7search for a year now. I didn't make a ton of money, but I did make profit, maybe in a 10-20% region, over 6-8 months. So yes, you can make money on 7search. On other hand, traffic is scarce and you can't scale up. Another, more subtle downside is that 7Search is loosing good publishers. Like I was making a good return 3-4 months in a raw and than suddenly it stopped. That is because a good publisher decided to move off 7Search or possibly that publisher lost his ranking on Google.

7search has excellent user interface and they approve your ads quickly, which is brilliant for beginners. Bids for ads are far cheaper than Google or MSN.

But recently I did some new research and I've seen lots of, possibly profitable, actually high volume opportunities on 7Search. But one would need to switch the mindset from: "I have this offer, where should I run it" to "I have this traffic, what offer I should run on it".

Its really tough to profit on any ppc platform these days because of the cost of keywords. Btw my last campaign on 7 search was profitable but not by much. I was direct linking to a free ecards toolbar and just using the keywords ecard and e-card. Go ahead and use it.

I don't know about their advertising part but the publisher part 7search is extremely bad for banning people. As long as I didn't have ads or didn't do much SEO on my old site they was great for sitting there with a few dollars in my account. Once I started doing SEO and getting traffic to my site and my account got enough to get paid, I went to log in and I was disabled. I contacted customer support and they say it is disabled for low quality traffic. Seriously, I had less than 2 out of 200 clicks with same ip so it wasn't a clickbomb thing. Nowhere on the site did I ask for clicks, nor did I click my own ads.

That being said we tried a different established site and within days of it getting enough money to get paid they disabled it as well. Different computers, different IP and even different cities.

In my personal opinion they are pulling some low life tricks and I would bet you that they don't return that money to the advertisers.
